We migrate in phases: non-critical services first, critical ones via parallel replication and blue-green. For most projects total downtime is under 5 minutes, and we lock it into the cutover plan before we start.

Q: How do you charge — fixed or hourly?

Discovery and audit are fixed. After that, your choice: a fixed price per stage (when scope is clear) or T&M at a rate (when you need flexibility). We show TCO for each cloud first, then agree on the model — no hidden line items.

Q: What about security and compliance?

We cover the perimeter and applications: pen-test, configuration audits, ISO 27001 readiness. Encryption at rest and in transit, secrets in Vault, least-privilege access. We deliver a prioritized report and close the findings ourselves.

Q: Will there be vendor lock-in?

We build on open standards: Kubernetes, Terraform/IaC, containers. The stack moves between AWS, GCP and Hetzner without rewriting applications. We often deliberately spread workloads across several providers.

Q: How long does a full migration take?

Typically 8–16 weeks: audit (1–2 wk), architecture (1 wk), pilot (2–3 wk), phased cutover (3–8 wk) and optimization (2 wk). You get a detailed roadmap with a deliverable at every stage up front.

Q: After launch — do you walk away or support us?

If you like, we stay on an SRE subscription: 24/7 on-call, SLO monitoring, incident management. We document and hand over to your team so you don't depend on us — but you can keep us as a staff+ engineer on a fixed fee.
