Challenge

A live online store with 6,124 SKUs (Laravel, legacy stack) came to us for support with no documentation and suspected security issues and lost orders on payment.

Solution

We stood up an isolated copy on real production data so we could experiment safely, then ran a multi-agent audit. We found and closed an admin backdoor, fixed the scenario where orders were lost on payment failure, and brought the environment into a manageable state.

Result

An admin backdoor closed, lost orders on payment eliminated, and a manageable environment with an isolated setup for changes — a store under support with no surprises in production.
